Rocky Mountain Rendezvous
In our Inaugural Driving Season, we want to take you to one of our favorite driving locations in the world:
The eastern slope of the Rocky Mountains in Colorado
With thousands of miles of twisty canyon roads and epic mountain passes, there is no shortage of places to drive here. We’ve designed a driving tour to give you the best of the best in just a long weekend without any of the mechanical or logistical hassle.
We’ve designed two Rendezvous Events to allow for different driving and activity preferences. As with all Roads United journeys, we offer enclosed vehicle transport to and from the event and roadside support along the route. Each event will be limited to 10 cars to maximize driving fun and camaraderie.
Our events are open to all marques of Classic Car (1990 or older). If you have a special newer car that you think might fit the pace and character of our tours, it probably will. Just ask.
Rendezvous 1
July 21- 25, 2021
In Rendezvous 1 we will take you on a 4 day / 5 night tour with stopovers in some of our favorite locations including Aspen, Crested Butte, and Pikes Peak. In the mornings we will drive some of the best roads and mountain passes in the USA. In the afternoons and early evenings you can unwind and take advantage a wide variety of outdoor activities and cultural events at each destination.
From horseback riding and fly fishing to world class music and contemporary art, there’s something for everyone and we’ll give you concierge level support in customizing your experience in each location. Feel like relaxing in a spa with an epic view of the Continental Divide? You’ll stay at one. Want to enjoy a gourmet private dinner with fellow enthusiasts after a run up Pikes Peak? It’s all part of the Rendezvous.
Rendezvous 2
August 12 - 16, 2021
We’ve designed Rendezvous 2 for those that might prefer more flexibility in their days. We’ll spend 4 nights and 5 days based out of the Condé-Nast award-winning Devil’s Thumb Ranch in Tabernash, Colorado.
Rendezvous 2 will include your choice of a huge variety activities at the Ranch and daily drives to more hidden, but no less dramatic, roads than Rendezvous 1. It’s all designed for those of you who might want to come with an extended crew or would some more flexibility in how you enjoy your time in the mountains.
